This Privacy Policy governs how e-Learning Pro, LLC will collect, handle and store any customer information you share with us or that we obtain from your usage of our website or our services.

We exclusively serve the business and professional community. We produce and market business-focused webinars that, for example, deal with such topics as complying with laws and regulations, improving business performance, etc. Our webinars and services are not intended to meet the information needs of the consumer market, and we do not produce, market or sell our website or our webinars or other products or services to the consumer marketplace or to any individual or groups of individuals acting in a personal capacity.  Our website and our products and services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect information on any person under the age of 18.

By using our website, you are accepting this Privacy Policy. You should review our Privacy Policy periodically since we reserve the right to amend our Policy at any time. Your continued use of our website and related services after the effective date of this Privacy Policy, or any modification thereof, will be construed as your acceptance of the most recently revised policy. The current Privacy Policy is adopted as of July 30, 2019, and will remain in effect until modified by us.

The information we gather from our visitors helps us to continue to improve their experience as a valued e-Learning Pro, LLC visitor or customer. We receive and store the information you provide, including, but not limited to, the information you provide while registering for a webinar, if you open an email promotion which we sent, or when you subscribe to a list, newsletter or service.

When registering for a webinar or paying for services or access of any type, it is important to know that we do not receive or store your payment card details. Payment card information is provided directly to third-party payment processors and is subject to their Privacy Policies. These payment processors are governed by PCI-DSS as required by the PCI Security Standards Council, which was originally formed by American Express, Discover Financial Services, MasterCard, Visa and JCB International to manage the ongoing evolution of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

We do maintain records of the webinars you have attended, email promotions you have opened, and requests we receive for additional information, but without any payment card information.  This stored information can include: your email address, first and last name, business address, and additional contact, preferences, requests and other included information you communicate to us.  You can request at any time that we tell you what information we are storing about you and can request that it be deleted.

 You may receive emails from us as part of an email campaign. If you open an email promotion, we may elect to send you follow-up emails for the webinar or on-demand webinar that is the subject of that promotion. We also may send you an email if we believe based on your usage, preferences or cookies that such an email may be of interest to you, or if you have requested that emails be sent to you. You may elect not to receive email from us by unsubscribing at any time. You can elect to stop receiving emails from us in two different ways: 1) by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email promotion which we send, or 2) by sending us an email at service@elearningprollc.com.  We will stop sending emails to an unsubscribed email address within 10 days of receiving an unsubscribe request.

As part of our normal business operations, we will not sell any of the information we collect to any third parties. We will only share the information we have stored about you under very limited circumstances. We will share customer information with affiliated organizations and in situations in which we are actively engaged in a joint venture with another company. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of any such transaction. We will provide notice to you prior to your data being transferred, and you may opt out of any such transfer of your data. In the event of such a transfer, your data may be subject to a different Privacy Policy. Computer cookies and usage data provide a way for the website to recognize you, deliver products and services, provide security, and to keep track of your preferences. The goal is to understand your preferences, and market products to you which match those preferences. We may use your PII to provide you with services, operational information, promotional material, news, and other information or material that we believe will be of interest to you. We will take such steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your PII and other data are treated securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. However, no such measures are 100% secure.

We may use third-party service providers to analyze your use of our website or services and deliver marketing or other information to you.

We may provide links to other websites on our website or in our products. In some instances, those websites are not operated by us. For example, a presenter may provide a link to his or her personal website. If you click on such a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party website and this Privacy Policy will not apply for any information or activity on the third-party website. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, any information, policy or practice at such third-party websites.

We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy Policy. The current Policy is effective as of July 30, 2019, and will remain in effect until such time as we change this Privacy Policy. We may modify our Privacy Policy in any way we determine. Changes to the policy may involve adding additional provisions, deleting current provisions, or modifying existing Policy provisions. We will post the effective date of any changes to our Policy. Your continued use of our website and related services after the effective date of such changes will represent your acceptance of our updated and revised Privacy Policy.
